Description: Many organizations have individuals inhabiting their facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week creating a significant exposure to people and property. These organizations include hotels and resorts, health care facilities, social service agencies, educational institutions and many more.
This webcast will identify the most significant habitational exposures by reviewing several case histories to examine what went wrong in these tragic events. We will then review a proactive risk management program that includes identification of habitational exposures. Lastly, we will examine a review of safety policies and procedures that can be used to control these exposures. The goal is to assist participants in identifying and prioritizing their exposures and establishing proactive plans to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
