Due to funding issues throughout the state of Michigan, many service providers are faced with a decrease in  state funding and grant availability. This lack of funding has challenged many facilities in balancing the increased daily and operational expenses with dwindling revenue support.

It's imperative that new producers and agents are equipped with the proper education and resources to fully understand the evolving needs of the social service field; thereby providing appropriate coverage and growth in this niche market.
