Issues facing Arizona Social Service Providers
Keeping open doors in today's economy
Due to funding issues throughout the US, many service providers are faced with decreasing state funding and grant availability. Facilities are also turning to the public in hopes of receiving individual donations. This lack of funding has challenged many facilities in balancing the increased daily and operational expenses with decreased revenue support.
Hiring and maintaining employees
Many of ISA's insured clients have expressed retaining quality employees and attracting new competent staff are some of their greatest concerns facing their organizations.

Class Codes: While the class codes that ISA can consider are limited for account premium ranging $10,000 to $75,000; ISA can offer most class codes for accounts over $75,000 in premium. Alternative to Assigned Risk: Accounts that are in the Assigned Risk pool unnecessarily are likely paying more than they should. ISA can provide a Voluntary Market option and reduce premiums. Loss Control: One of the big issues with WC is that often times the State Funds do not offer loss control services, but can provide a premium savings. This can cause the Experience Mod to be higher than it should be. With the various loss control services available, ISA can help you keep your losses down and reduce your Experience Mod. |
